Today was a leg day  Squats:  135 X 12 205 X 20 225 X 11 Bulgarian squats:  90 X 8 90 X 8 90 X 8 Lunges: 3 sets with 90 pounds hamstring curls: 95 X 8 95 X 8 95 X 8 finished off with wind sprints
